Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Die Villa steht im Achimer Weserhang. Die Lage bietet einen einzigartigen Ausblick auf den Fluss, und der gegenüberliegenden Wesermarsch. Das Gebäude ist komplett mit KNX Installiert worden, und bietet den Bewohnern eine Komfortable Steuerung ihres Zuhauses, die jederzeit auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner angepasst werden kann. Das Gebäude ist in 3 Teile aufgeteilt Wohnteil, Garage/Werkstatt und Poll Haus, die alle baulich von einander getrennt sind, aber durch KNX verbunden sind in der Steuerung und Regelung.
