Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Deze exclusieve villa met praktijkruimte is zonder meer een van de paradepaardjes van ons bedrijf. Dankzij het onbegrensde vertrouwen dat de bouwheer ons schonk, waren we in de mogelijkheid om een totaalconcept te realiseren met enkele buitengewone details.
Door het integreren van de Basalte Sentido sensoren was het mogelijk de strakke lijnen door te trekken in het geheel. In combinatie met de Gira actoren, aangevuld met de Gira Home server, was het mogelijk om een zeer intuïtieve bediening van de woning te realiseren. Aangevuld met de vlak gemonteerde touch panels van TCI, heeft de bouwheer volle controle over de bediening van het zwembad met Ospa technologie, de Basalte Asano multiroom, de tuin beregening ea...
