Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Das Einfamilienhaus ist mit moderner KNX-Gebäudeautomation ausgestattet und bietet hohen Komfort, Sicherheit und Energieeffizienz. Über KNX werden Beleuchtung, Jalousien, Heizung, Pooltechnik, Bewegungserkennung sowie KNX-Rauchmelder intelligent und zentral gesteuert. Automatisierte Abläufe und individuelle Szenen sorgen für optimalen Wohnkomfort und einen effizienten Energieeinsatz. Die Anlage ist zukunftssicher ausgelegt: In weiteren Ausbaustufen ist die Einbindung der Heizung über CAN-Bus sowie der Lüftungsanlage über Modbus vorgesehen. Dieses Haus zeigt, dass Gebäudeautomation die Zukunft des Wohnens ist – intelligent, flexibel und nachhaltig.
