Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Het is een ééngezingswoning die op het hoogste punt in België werd gebouwd met 2 functies:
1- Als testwoning voor het architectenkantoor, studiebureel en, Vecolux en de Saint-Gobain groep om de realiteit te toetsen aan het ontwerp.
2- Als ervaringswoning voor mensen die overwegen om passief te bouwen en/of KNX willen leren kennen tijdens een weekend. Er zijn namelijk nog te veel vooroordelen over KNX domotica en passief bouwen.
