Descripción de los clientes

KNX is a standardized building automation system that integrates all key functions of a modern villa into a single control platform. Lighting is controlled through scenes (welcome, night, dining) and automatic daylight adjustment for comfort and efficiency. Shading (blinds, shutters) reacts to solar radiation, time schedules, and indoor temperature, reducing overheating and cooling demand. Presence simulation increases security by randomly operating lights and shading when the villa is unoccupied. Heating and cooling via underfloor systems and fan coils is zoned, with precise room temperature control based on occupancy and conditions. The system also manages domestic hot water, swimming pool equipment (pumps, filtration, temperature control), and irrigation based on schedules or weather. Access control including doors, gates, garage, and intercom is fully integrated, enabling secure remote management via smartphone or tablet from anywhere.
