Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

401 rooms are equipped with ABB GRMS, which include HVAC, Blinds, Lighting, Key Card, NETx BMS LCMS through PC. Cooling/heating modes can be activated based on the Seasons.System is Interfaced to Opera PMS for dynamic control of system based on Check IN/Check OUT status and Guest preferences. It ensures the logging of data & preferences of guests, gives better customer experience.Guest rooms have automated RTC, lighting, occupancy & shading of the rooms, DND, MMR as well as switching of AV devices. System can be scaled to be controlled through mobile devices, BMS integration & Energy saving.
