Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descrizione dei clienti
Auf über 20.000 qm Grundfläche ist auf Mallorca ein privater Villenkomplex direkt am Meer entstanden. Verschiedenste Funktionen wurden mit KNX verknüpft und systemisch zusammengefasst. Das Projekt ist durch Smart-Metering und intelligenter Steuerung nicht nur im Wasser- und Stromverbrauch höchst effizient, sondern regelt unter anderem geschickt die Belüftung der Anlage. Das Grundstück umfasst eine 500 qm Photovoltaikanlage sowie mehrere Zisternen und ist somit äußerst ressourcenschonend - dies wird vor allem auf Mallorca immer wichtiger.
Aber auch die weltweite Kontrolle ist ein wichtiger Aspekt. Ob es nun um die Systemüberwachung, die Einbindung der Alarmzentrale oder Multiroom geht. Durch die Integration sämtlicher Sensoren ist es möglich auch kleinste Unregelmäßigkeiten schnell zu erkennen. So ist dieses Projekt mit der Zeit ein Meisterwerk der Systemintegration geworden.
