Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovazione
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

HANNAM 91 is the First and ONLY Project with KNX automation system for massive residential apartment in Korea.
Total 341 houses with special penthouses and duplexes, HANNAM 91 is aiming the most luxury residential building.
More than 145,000m of KNX cable and 15000 KNX devices, HANNAM 91 is the most massive KNX project in Korean history.
In Korea, there is a law that compels to integrate special devices. The device called Queued switch. Queued switch is a device that saves the excessive power loss of the power sockets.
We developed a new solution to control these devices through KNX.
And there are many devices of Korean local manufacturers which using their own protocols. We developed solutions for them to integrate all the devices in this one project.
To complete this project as a successful one, we overcame many challenges. By this project, we will be able to open a new horizon of KNX market in Korea.
