Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Comfortable and luxurious house located at the Baltic sea in Gdynia, Poland. Modern and customized design corresponds with fully controlled lightning, heating and blinds. KNX system is connected to security system, gates and door control. Remote access both to the KNX system, door entry and intercome is enabled through the cloud server. Fashionable ABB touchscreen provides easy and intuitive control over the building. Smoke and leak detection with push notification to End User. All outdoor lights are regulated by scenes, time-dependent and presence detection from security system.
