Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Located in a mixed use area in Ashrafiye-Beirut, 33 storey and Two tower connected with two steel bridges,
KNX control:
o Special Design, smart Building / saving Energy.
o All Offices lights, are controlled via motion sensor, lux detection and light regulation for saving Energy . In the other hand we have a manual mode ( Switching on/off with dimming) and Sunscreen control from Keypads.
o Each floor have a general control from a touch screens
o The whole building Block A and Block B are controlled from Control Room:
