Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
The project is comprised of 1,197 KNX components, 3,425 DALI interior lights, 225 exterior lights, including parking lot and five (5) ABB signs operated. The systems covered were LED Lighting: switching, dimming, lighting scenes, constant light control, etc. parking and perimeter lighting with geo-location from dusk to dawn, HVAC variable air volume (VAV) box damper actuators, electronic switch actuators. All systems under the supervisory system (SCADA), ATC ASCEND, with remote monitoring and diagnostics into the KNX IP-Secure, providing interfaces to PC, mobile phone, tablet, touch and display panels throughout the facility. KNX provides the complete field level control for not only ease of maintenance, but also integrated into the overall building energy management system (BEMS), making it future-proof and flexible for future use.
