Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. 13 open office floors with 1200 sq meters each with constant light control for the DALI LED panels (window row) and direct switching with energy measurement of the remaining LED panels all controlled by presence sensors.
KNX flexibility reduced impacts on layout changes (meeting rooms)
5 garage floors: lights controlled via KNX presence sensors
Garage exhaust fans via time schedule
Cold water, waste and rain water working under KNX control logics.
Modbus used with power meters and BACNET with VRF main controlers and SCADA.
