Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
The YPF Tower in Puerto Madero quarter in Buenos Aires, is the headquarter of the state YPF Petrol Company. It is 160-meter-high and it has 75.000 square meters. The tower includes offices, theater, gardens, parking among other services.
It was finished in 2009, updated in 2016, and to nowadays is continuously renewing old fluorescent lamps for new led lighting.
The KNX lighting Control System is based in a DALI control with KNX-TP in each floor and a KNX-IP for the backbone. Includes Daylight Control, Presence Control, Shutter Control, Bacnet Gateway, LON Gateway, HMI panel and SCADA with 12.423 data points and Schedule Control, Power Measurement and events Database.
