Description détaillée
Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Four office buildings + three bus workplaces buildings and three bus mainstations localy managed by KNX with a multilevel and multiaccess supervision over IP available from any place in any building
We also managed the energy consumtion (electricity, cogeneration, photovoltaic, gaz and water) via a the smart metering module of the visualisation
Recently we also begin to managed the Dali failures using the DALI tool of the visualisation
We also control the equiment of technical rooms automaticaly due to restricted access (High voltage cabin, fuel station, compressed air station,.....)
All the offices with more than three persons, the refectories and the meeting rooms are monitored for air quality (T°, CO² and moisture).
All these installations are in constant evolution, for example recently five heating plants have been refurbished using synco modules of Siemens HVAC
The group adresses structure of the projects is similar to each site to facilitate the maintenance intervention
