Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
This project involves the smart control of the dimmable lighting, blinds and air conditioning. Besides being able to control the home devices conveniently through central switches, our clients also want to be able to monitor and remote access their home via phone apps even when they are at overseas. Based on the a/m requirements, we have designed and implemented the smart home system with the KNX + IoT in mind; KNX serves as the backbone for all the device control while IP serves to provide high data transmission for apps visualizations. We have also set up Virtual Private Network (VPN) server at the router end so that our clients can securely remote access their home devices via KNX system with a peace of mind .
