Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Crest Tower is located at South of Karachi, Pakistan with 8 Floors is actually a call center and one of the biggest Building Automation project. It covered a total area of 75,000 ft2. Customer wants energy saving because employee leaves lights on after office hours and it is difficult for a concern person to visit all floor to turn off unnecessary lights and here we come with our solution of energy saving through HDL KNX Ultrasonic sensors.
We use sensors with Relay and Timer that when office hours starts all lights and AC’s turn on with timer and when office time end all lights and AC will go off with timer and in between this time sensors will go bypass state, after office timing sensors will active and if anyone wants late sitting then only his row light and AC will active.
We have done web monitoring and maintain logs through Schneider SpaceLynk Controller if any sensor will active after office hours they will get notified. Through this solution customer save 90% of energy.
