Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
The hotel is named after a harbor in ancient Rhodes. There used to be five ports, the north one, the Acandia, the Commercial port, the military harbor and last but not least, the western one. In ancient times, there was a canal which connected the military harbor with the western one to transport ships, in the event of inclement weather. That very same canal passed through the area where our hotel is built on today and during excavation a trireme was found,during excavation a trireme was found, hence our logo.
Due to its location our hotel is close by the Casino, the Old Town of Rhodes, the city center and the beach. As a result, besides the rich history that our hotel has, the location of the hotel is also ideal for tourists who crave to explore and see a little more of our island.
