Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
La villa di questo progetto è stata iniziata nel 2021 e completata nel 2024 dopo un lungo studio architettonico.
Il livello assoluto dietro ogni dettaglio è stato garantito grazie alla tecnologia KNX che nonostante i cambiamenti continui delle lavorazioni in corso d'opera ci ha permesso di integrare a poco a poco tutti i dispositivi e le nuove automazioni richieste dal cliente garantendo semplice la gestione e l'affidabilità del sistema.
Il sistema di illuminazione è controllato da pulsanti locali retroilluminati, touchscreen o da applicazione.
Il sistema di riscaldamento comanda una caldaia a GAS e il pavimento radiante di ogni ambiente
Il sistema di climatizzazione è direttamente interfacciato al protocollo NASA di SAMSUNG e garantisce tutti i comandi di controllo del fan coil di zona.
Dai touch di zona è possibile poi controllare oscuranti e tende automatiche
