Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. The concrete residential family building with amazing city and mountains view situated on the steep hill at Bielsko Biala Poland.Designed by Genius Loci Architekci.
The Building gets its own brain and starts breeth. Full lightning control inside and outside of building controled by old factory custom monostable light switches with combination with gira pushbuttons sensors with temperature sensors and instaled satel alarm system integra 256 plus through KNX system integration module , dimming lights and timers included all over the place . Full KNX control of indoor and outdoor blinds and outside defroast system watched over the Gira weather station.Defoast protection , wind damage protection and light intensity protection. Heating knx control trough gira heatings modules with circulation heating pums and hot water mixing valves , Hot water circulation pumps to get hot water faster at upper FLs.Accesible through Gira X1 and secured by S1. Visualition through Gira smart home software .
