Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Apartment 21/16 October Plaza Sodic, Sheikh Zayed is fully automated.
The KNX system consists of: Lighting Control (Switching, Presence detectors), Motor Control (Shutters, Curtains), IR Control(AC), CCTV, Smart Keypads for room control, Smart touch screen Central local control, KNX/IP gateway for remote control, scheduled scenes and voice control with Siri speaker.
All of this can be controlled locally from the keypads in the rooms and the screen or controlled locally and remotely by one press on one application or just one voice command to Siri.
The apartment has distributed audio that the client can control and play music in every single room separately. and also a Home Theater
is applied to accomplish the entertainment part.
