Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
This villa was 90% complete when our clients purchased it and Baker Stone were tasked with providing the level of control required by the client within a property where 'first fix' had already taken place.
Fortunately internal changes to the property meant running the required additional cabling was easier than it might have been.
The project was completed on time and the client was able to use the property 8 months after purchasing it.
With 7 bedrooms guests often saty at Villa V and they can also enjoy the powerful simplicty of the system.
