Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients
Realisiert wurde eine vollständige KNX-Gebäudeautomation für ein Wohngebäude mit raumweiser Einzelsteuerung aller Gewerke. Jeder Raum verfügt über einen GVS V40 als Raumcontroller, die Küche wird über ein Gira G1 bedient. Die Bedienung erfolgt über Gira e2 Taster mit MDT Tasterschnittstellen.
Integriert sind Lichtsteuerung mit Dimmen, eine vollständige HLK-Anlage mit raumindividuellem Heizen und Kühlen sowie eine Rollladensteuerung in jedem Raum. Als Sicherheitsfunktion lösen Gira Rauchmelder automatisch das Hochfahren aller Rollläden aus und schalten das Licht ein – für sichere Fluchtwege im Ernstfall.
Aktorik und Schaltlogik basieren durchgehend auf MDT-Komponenten.
