Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

The house is a high-end modern villa designed to combine elegance, comfort, and advanced technology. It features spacious and well-organized living areas, including a large living room, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and carefully designed outdoor spaces such as terraces, garden areas, and access gates. The villa is equipped with a KNX smart home system that allows centralized control of all major functions, including lighting, motorized shutters, doors and gates, climate control, and water pump operation. Through a tablet and smartphone, the user can easily manage and monitor every part of the house, whether from inside the villa or remotely. Customized automation scenarios, such as welcome mode, night mode, and away mode, further enhance comfort, security, and energy efficiency, making the house both luxurious and intelligent.
