Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
A family house project where it started with a basic idea but it grew up to a complex BMS with many advanced automations for the customer in order make their day-to-day life easier and not that stressful.
We have integrated sub-systems from lightings to HVAC to 3rd party solutions as 2N intercom system and access control as well as and audio/video control.
The backbone of the BMS is KNX and we've used Control4 as a brain and a solution that brings even more flexibility for complex automations and requirements.
We have energy management and monitoring solution as well as monitoring over water filters with configured notifications.
We have used Ekinex keypads and thermostats for controlling the lightings, AV, HVAC etc.
MDT and Zennio are in the electrical board and not only but as temperature/humidity sensors and MDT's weather station.
Lastly, we've used Esylux sensors for presence in the hallways for midnight actions.
