Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

The Better Burger Restaurant is equipped with a comprehensive KNX automation system that seamlessly controls lighting, HVAC, shutters, and indoor air quality. The system automatically activates ventilation in case of indoor pollution, utilizes fresh outdoor air when its temperature is more favorable than indoors, and ensures immediate safety response with gas leak detection alarms. It also manages the operation and speed of hoppers for both fresh air supply and exhaust, ensuring optimal kitchen and dining conditions. The main benefit of KNX in this project is its ability to integrate all these diverse functions into a single, intelligent platform, enabling precise control, reducing energy consumption, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for staff and customers. This unified approach not only improves operational efficiency but also ensures scalability for future needs, making it a smart investment for long-term performance and sustainability.
