Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
The first and still only project in Syria that uses DMX lighting as its external façade lighting.
The lighting fixtures are fixed against the façade which consists of offices windows, therefore windows curtains need to be closed on sunset before turning the lights on, hence, during office hours each office has individual control of its curtains through push-buttons, on sunset all push-buttons are locked, curtains closes and lights turns on to pre-defined scene.
All lighting scenes are controlled through mobile application by integrating DMX with KNX to have a single user-friendly interface to do this job.
On the other hand, the interface displays all information regarding water supply and storage of the building (tanks level, pumps status, pump failure alert) with a controlled tanks refill from the main tank when water reach certain level.
Also showing dirty water sewer level and alarming when over flow using water leakage sensors, fuel tank level for generators and boiler.
