Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
It is a commercial tower in Westbay in Doha, Qatar.
The project is consisting of Switching actuators, Motion sensors, QMX touch pads, TC-5 Touch screen, and photo sensor.
The project based on Twisted pair connection,1 Area, 1 main line, and 11 main lines. with a secured IP router, KNX intesis BACnet over ip interface with the BMS, and Desigo CC for the graphic interfaces.
An event is set to override the motion sensors for the working hours from 6.00 am to 4.00 pm, after that time the motion sensors will start working with cut out time 2 minutes.
