Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Residential Retrofit, because the 800 m2 building was conventional, in its Architecture project, besides the main house it has a basement to house the garage and an annex for the Gourmet space. The client opted for a centralized solution with KNX to integrate all the controls. Project done to meet the scope that the customer presented.
In this residence there was the integration of : Boilers, Pumps and Motors of the Pool, of Access, of Alarms and insert the dashboard of Photovoltaic, TV control as well as all the control of the lighting. Numerous Sensors in the passages and short stays offer good value for money. Fireplace control, pool RGB lighting control in the client interface. All these were requests and premises of sustainability in the operation of the Residence.
The lifestyle of the customer and his family, the search for technology to enhance the experience in relation to the house was the fundamental factor for the definition of KNX
