Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Controlling the lighting, cooling and heating systems, etc. in a large smart villa seems to be a simple task, provided that appropriate solutions are provided.
In this 3,500-meter villa, all the lighting inside the building and the yard are intelligently controlled. The cooling and heating system of this villa is of the split type, which is controlled by IR Emmiter modules. He gave us a tablet that we used in this villa.
The intercom system Done with the Akuvox brand. The advantages of this system can be mentioned with internal communication and smart door opener.
