Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Il Resort è situato a Paestum, in provincia di Salerno ed offre, oltre che a tanta tecnologia, una piscina all'aperto, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un centro fitness e un giardino.
Tutte le camere cono gestite da un sistema di controllo integrato che offre massimo confort e gestione, mettendo il cliente al centro del sistema ed al sicuro. Climatizzazione, WiFi gratuito e TV completano le camere insieme ad un balcone con vista sul giardino.
Il clima è attivare o disattivare in base alla presenza di persone o dell’apertura o meno di una finestra. La sicurezza è garantita da lettori di card a transponder che consentono l’accesso a determinate aree o ambienti solo alle persone autorizzate e dal sistema di videosorveglianza, in grado di vigilare sull’intera struttura.
L’integrazione degli impianti presenti è totale consentendo di evitare inutili sprechi ed aumentando il benessere.
