Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients

Hotel costituito da 136 camere da letto con climatizzazione VRF Mitsubishi. Ciascun ospite apre la porta avvicinando la propria tessera ad un lettore a transponder Vimar che accende altresì la luce di cortesia temporizzata. All'inserimento del porta badge si attiva l'energia in tutta la camera compreso il climatizzatore che riprede con le stesse impostazioni con cui si era fermato. Un interruttore denominato "Do not disturb" accende una luce arancione nel fuori porta e invia un segnale in reception. Il pulsante a tirante bagno invece invia un allarme che può essere disattivato solo da reception e va lampeggiare tutti i LED del transponder esterno. Tutte le funzioni sono gestibili da reception, dalla quale si programmano le tessere e le prenotazioni. Lo staff può avere accesso illimitato o limitato ad un certo numero di ore al giorno e/o solo per alcune stanze.
