Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Un ático de alto diseño estético y con un cliente muy afín a las nuevas tecnologías, nos permitió aplicar el máximo de nuestros conocimientos en dejarle una instalación domótica KNX muy cómoda, eficiente y con grandes dosis de diseño igualmente gracias a la multitud de fabricantes que se introdujeron.
Se realizó el control de la iluminación, mediante un estudio exquisito de iluminación por parte del ingeniero de Iguzzini; se controlaron todos los estores motorizados de las estancias, que la mayoría tenía doble estores, translúcido y opaco. La parte de la climatización se gestionó mediante termostatos de diseño, quedando todo integrado en la domótica. El sonido multiroom de Sonos quedó integrado mediante las funciones del EIBPort que permite gestionar sus órdenes. El consumo eléctrico queda registrado y el cliente puede ver el consumo instantáneo en el tiempo de su vivienda. Todo esto visualizable desde cualquier dispositivo del cliente.
