Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
L’équipe de Prelude s’est rendue au cœur de la ville de Mons pour un projet de rénovation de l’université. La grande partie des travaux ont été effectués dans la chapelle et dans une partie de la bibliothèque universitaire. Ce chantier a été un vrai challenge au vu de l’ancienneté du bâtiment ainsi que des particularités architecturales de la chapelle.
Nos intégrateurs ont mis en place un système de sécurité anti-intrusion et vidéosurveillance au sein de la chapelle et de la bibliothèque. Nous avons amélioré le système de sécurité avec un contrôle d’accès complet intégré dans l’enceinte des divers bâtiments universitaires.
Désormais, il sera possible aux services administratifs de l’UMons de gérer l’ensemble de l’éclairage et des volets grâce aux techniques installées signées KNX. Le système audio de la bibliothèque a également été revu et grâce à 3 micros placés sur des bureaux, celui-ci est contrôlable à distance.
