Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
High end weekend appartement voor de familie.
De klant wenste een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke woning die door meerdere gezinsleden wordt gebruikt.
Ook wordt het appartement af en toe uitgeleend aan vrienden die in de badstad blijven hangen.
De grote uitdaging was om een zeer gebruiksvriendelijke bediening te voorzien.
We kozen voor de Sentido tasten van Basalte. Deze geven de luxe van het appartement weer en zorgen voor een eenvoudige bediening.
De "tast" vlakken bedienen de basis functies en de multitouch zorgt er dan weer voor een diepgang: alles uit, sferen,...
Via de tasten meten en bedienen we ook de temperatuur in de ruimtes.
In de badkamers is er een DESEO thermostaat voorzien voor een directe bediening de andere andere ruimtes via de Gira homeserver.
Voor een meer doorgedreven bediening hebben we de Gira HS. Hierin heeft men de totale overzicht v/d installatie. Het maken van sferen en aanpassen van bv temperatuur kan eenvoudig, altijd binnen de 3 "klikken".
