Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
C’est donc à Braine-L’Alleud, que notre équipe s’est rendue pour une intervention d’automatisation. Nous sommes intervenus au niveau du rez-de-chaussée et des 2 étages qui composent ce grand bâtiment industriel.
Le showroom de la société est équipé d’un détecteur qui s’enclenche dès qu’il y a un mouvement.
Au niveau de l’éclairage, un grand travail a été réalisé pour améliorer la gestion de ce système qui est désormais automatique. Que ce soit les bureaux collectifs, privatifs ou encore les salles de réunions, ils sont tous équipés d’un détecteur et d’un régulateur lumineux. La salle du restaurant ainsi que les terrasses situées au 2ème étage sont également munies du même régulateur. L’éclairage de la pièce varie en fonction de la luminosité extérieure.
À l’entrée de chaque étage et des bureaux des secrétaires, un bouton a été placé pour éteindre ou allumer l’éclairage de tout le bâtiment.
