Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This building is one of the most advanced buildings that relies on the Artificial intelligence, starting from face recognition for access control, opening the rooms door based on face recognition, run the desired scenario automatically, manage the energy, control the irrigation based on the weather, controlling all devices either by phone, touch panels or regular wall switches, interfacing the IP CCTV with the KNX touch panels and mobile app, interfacing the IP PBX with kNX touch panel where you can call any telephone from the KNX touch panel and vice versa, interfacing the face recognition intercom with KNX touch panel so from one panel you can control the KNX, monitor the IP CCTV, control the main gate and intercom .. And many more advanced features.
