Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
First of all the investor wanted simplicity of control in his house. KNX system gave the client an incredibly large selection of different solutions (door station, switches, cameras, etc.).
For example, the investor found Bsalte switches as the best designed and easiest to use in his house.
We have integrated the installation with the weather station, thanks to that "By the way house" can fully respond to changing external conditions.
Lighting scenes create the right mood and emphasize the character of the building in various situations.
The house is unique in many ways. Home automation system allowed us to add some "special effects" there. Hidden rooms are not only in movies!
"Movie" scene is one of our customer-favorite options related to the AV system.
"By the way house" is a project by Robert Konieczny, one of the most talented architects in the World!
