Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Das Bürogebäude in Pasching OÖ, wurde 1994 erbaut und flächendeckend mit KNX ausgestattet. Wir als EBG-Elektro Linz haben die Betreuung des Projektes 2015 übernommen. Zu diesen Zeitpunkt hatten wir keine aktuelle Datenbank. Die ausführende Elektrofirma ist schon längere Zeit in Konkurs und wir bekamen keine Unterlagen zum Projekt. Daher haben wir uns entschlossen das gesamte Projekt mit dem „ Rekonstruktion Tool Software „ in der ETS 4 auszulesen. Das Projekt beinhaltet 363 KNX-Geräte in 15 Linien. Die dezentrale Schalt/Jalousieaktorik ( Deckenmontage ZWD ) steuert die Jalousie mit einer 2020 neu integrierten Beschattungsautomatik.
Die Beleuchtung wurde schon 1994 mit einer 0-10V Konstantlichtregelung ausgestattet. Über zentrale Bedienfelder kann die gesamte Anlage vom Portier, im Eingangsbereich gesteuert und überwacht werden. Dieses Projekt zeigt die Langlebigkeit und Stabilität von KNX seit über 30 Jahren.
