Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

The KNX system significantly enhances 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, through intelligent automation and advanced technology. Lobby spaces are timed for business hours, saving energy after hours. Tenant warm shell spaces are equipped with ABB sensors and DALI equipment from the outset. The main lobby and all tenant lobbies are connected to an Eisbaer headend, allowing facility managers to control, dim, set scenes, and monitor the entire building system effortlessly. Management oversees operations from two 75-inch touch panels in their office, making it simple yet intuitive to adapt to tenant needs. Additionally, the system supports data analytics and AI integration moving forward, enabling predictive maintenance, optimizing energy use, and further enhancing tenant comfort. This strategic implementation ensures energy efficiency and optimal tenant experience, reinforcing 101 Collins Street's status as a premier office building.
