Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
Die gesamte Steuerung dieses Einfamilienhaus wurde mit KNX auf eine solide Basis gestellt.
Durch die Kombination mit Dali zur Lichtsteuerung wurde Human Centric Light (HCL) integriert. Das neben den üblichen Funktionen wie Dimmen, Steuerung der Lichtwärme und automatischer Beleuchtung. Integration der Beleuchtung mit der Jalousie und HLK Steuerung in Zentralbefehle erweitern das Paket und sind nur mit KNX in der Form möglich.
Mit den Secure Möglichkeiten von KNX ist auch die Verwendung von KNX im Außenbereich und in Nebengebäuden wie Garagen bedenkenlos möglich.
Zur Integration einer Berbel Dunstabzugshaube wurde eine zusätzliche RF-Linie eingebunden.
Die Steuerung erfolgt u.A. über versteckte Tastflächen.
Für die Visualisierung im Haus wurde bewusst auf externe Server-Lösungen verzichtet. Eine direkt in KNX integrierte Visualisierungslösung sorgt für die Auftrechterhalten des dezentralen Ansatzes und erhält so die Auswallsicherheit des Systems.
