Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
OIH adopts the highest international quality standards, combining the skills of renowned local medical teams and several international medical doctors to provide excellent healthcare services and the most sophisticated technological solutions available. OIH was created as a shared project of a new healthcare group in the Gulf Region.
The lighting system that cover all lift lobbies, main entrance, reception area, labs, office areas, management offices, parking, as well as the external façade. Over 80% of the lighting in the building is efficiently controlled by presence detectors, brightness sensors, time based functions and schedules ensure that lighting circuits are only switched on as required and are dimmed down during daylight without any loss of comfort or convenience.
The individual rooms are equipped with keypads. A visualization for monitoring and control implemented with NETx OPC server and Voyager 5.0. The system is interfaced with BMS and Fire Alarm System.
