The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
A welcoming glow guides your steps towards the entrance. Inside, public areas automatically adapt to pre-programmed light scenes, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the night. Calming tones bathe the lobby and the pool area in the evening, while energized lighting uplifts the breakfast area in the morning.
KNX takes guest comfort a step further by intelligently managing in-room climate and lighting. Motion sensors detect occupancy, so air conditioning and lights automatically power down in vacant spaces, translating to significant energy savings for the hotel.
But that's not all. Behind the scenes, a powerful visualization system powered by BAB technologie keeps the hotel staff informed with real-time view of room occupancy, DND, MUR and A/C Status for efficient house keeping and even empowers staff to adjust light scenes throughout the hotel from a user-friendly interface.
