Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients
Suite 10 is a 10 rooms boutique hotel in Polignano a mare.
Is one of the most intelligent buildings in the area with Light control, HVAC, Motors, GRMS, Alarms, Supervision, energy management.
The garage is located on the other side of the road and was not possible to put a wire under the street. The huge vantage with KNX was that we had an ip structure and IP Radio antennas over the road.
All the alarms are monitored and the users can access the garages with the same cards of the hotel.
Each room has an iPad to control all the hotel room automation
