Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Project SD is a warm and tranquil family home located in Knokke. Its modern and minimalist looks cover innovative smart home technology with excellent ease of use, that is why KNX was chosen. Control lights, shades, climate and scenes at the slightest touch. All of these features needed to blend beautifully into the interior design, that is why Basalte was chosen as one of the main partners. Their multifunctional keypads, iPad mounts and matching sockets offer the perfect combination of refined design and user-friendly technology. All products come in a high-end bronze finish to complement the luxury residence. Music is available in every room, thanks to the Basalte Asano integration. Design lighting can be found in every room in collaboration with Delta Light. Tailor made in terms of finish, form and function. Everything is customised in a bronze finish to perfectly match all other materials and dimmable thanks to the use of DALI. Full of KNX technology, yet so simple and beautiful.
