Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
The Liverpool Street office is situated 2 minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street station and is the base of operations to many companies. Based around co-working, the workplace offers a beautifully designed and stylish environment to its users, with access to common areas, cafés, gym, meeting rooms, as well as an auditorium for presentations. The brains of the building is the KNX system, which manages the full BMS system. Monitoring and regulating the temperature of 109 rooms split across 8 floors, clients benefit from their own offices with individual climate control for heating and cooling, as well as customized lighting and shading control. The KNX system monitors all energy consumption while powering pumps and boilers, controlling hot and cold water with multiple valves and sensors, including leak detection. All processed simultaneously, allowing the users to work in absolute comfort.
