Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Description des clients
Modern and tradition meet to provide privacy in this villa project. Internal spaces and beautiful garden is smartly controlled via KNX multi-function buttons and thermostats and also by smartphone from inside and outside. By walking through the building, the lighting scenario is executed in each area of the house by KNX presence detectors. The sensors can be locked through mobile apps, manually or according to scheduled time, to avoid any inconvenience. Thanks to Gira Home-Server, it is pleasure for the client to modify and call various types of scenarios during a normal day, night, party, sport and etc. by just touching scenarios button in the mobile App.
