Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Dès sa conception, la maison des aînés Op Acker a été imaginée pour répondre aux besoins variés des personnes âgées, qu’elles soient autonomes ou en situation de dépendance. Ses espaces adaptés et innovants permettent de créer un lieu de vie harmonieux pour les résidents, leurs familles et le personnel. Deux cours intérieures verdoyantes, agrémentées d’une cafétéria conviviale, favorise les rencontres et les échanges intergénérationnels.
Environnemental : Grâce à une conception écologique, le bâtiment est doté d’une faible empreinte énergétique, incluant une chaudière à pellets, des panneaux solaires, une toiture végétalisée et des vitrages performants.
