Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Description des clients
A vibrant lifestyle resort featuring contemporary chic design with lagoon pools and beachfront suites linked to a waterfront Agora (“market place”): a microcosm of small-scale entrepreneurial activities with artisanal street food, select retail outlets, outdoor music, on-screen entertainment and lively nightlife venues.
The resort expands in an area of 13 hectares with 246 stylish rooms, seaside villas and suites with private infinity pools, all fully controlled using KNX.
All rooms have entrance, exit and room scenarios controlled using KNX presence sensors and KNX switches, integrated with the hotel management system for creating the best experience and comfort for the customer but also contribute to the energy management.
All systems are integrated and can be controlled through a visualization interface. The entire system is scalable and interconnects with the most diverse communication protocols used in modern buildings.
