Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Description des clients

Ein modernes Haus mit einem Erdgeschoss, einem offenen Obergeschoss und einem Dachgeschoss. Die Fußbodenheizung mit der Wärmepumpe wurde durch das HLK-Regelungssystem optimiert und arbeitet mit maximaler Effizienz. Der Kunde muss z. Bsp. nicht unnötig heizen, wenn es gelüftet werden muss. Die Lichtsteuerung mit Präsenzmeldern kann das Kind nachts bei gedimmtem Licht auf die Toilette oder in die Küche begleiten, ohne dass ein Tastendruck nötig ist. Die Automatisierung erfolgt über X1, womit Rollläden, Beleuchtung, Fassadenbeleuchtung und Heizung je nach Kundenwunsch optimal automatisiert werden. Die Sicherheit wird durch MDT secure gewährleistet. Meldungen wie "Fenster auf" oder "Eingangstür bitte schließen" informieren den Kunden über alles Wichtige. Windalarm, Außentemperatur oder Sonneneinstrahlung etc. werden über die Wetterstation bereitgestellt. Auch die Verdunkelung im Sommer und die energieeffiziente Nutzung des Sonnenlichts im Winter sind einprogrammiert.
