Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Villa Beyond ist eine exklusive, vollständig vernetzte Smart-Home-Villa, die moderne Architektur, höchsten Wohnkomfort und intelligente Gebäudetechnik zu einer ganzheitlichen Wohnlösung vereint. Das KNX-System bildet die zentrale Plattform für die Steuerung und Automatisierung aller Gewerke. Beleuchtung, Beschattung, Heizung, Kühlung, Lüftung, Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher und E-Mobilität wurden in einer gemeinsamen Systemarchitektur integriert und intelligent miteinander vernetzt.
Eine leistungsfähige Homeserver-Lösung koordiniert sämtliche Funktionen und ermöglicht automatisierte Abläufe, maximale Energieeffizienz sowie höchsten Bedienkomfort. Über eine zentrale Visualisierung erhalten die Bewohner jederzeit Zugriff auf alle Gebäudefunktionen und Energiedaten.
